    Got a roll of quarters and 75 cents worth of it was foreign coins, yet they will not exchange them for American quarters like they were supposed to be.

    The guy who was helping me was very rude and disresptfull and was more worried about his lunch than resolving my issues

    Horrible bank. I went there to cash a check from their bank. Now I have never been in the bank before. So i go in and look around and go to a clerk. She said I'm not open. I said there are no signs saying if they're open or closed. She said signs are cluttering so they dont use them. Then she told me to stand behind the line. I said what line. The imaginary line. I said how the hell am I supose to know that. I just got a mean look. So there is only one window open. 2 teller's were flirting with the customer for over ten minutes. They see me and turn away like I didnt exist. Then I was called to a window. I told the teller I didn't like I was treated. I was told if I didnt like it dont come in. So glad I dont have an account there. Stay awfulness you want to loose your mind and be treated badly.

    Friendly and professional. Personally, they were quite fast at handling my complex transaction. The teller named Emily is fantastic!
