LOVE this branch! PLUS a manager handled a tricky ROTH bi-institutional conversion with a follow-up phone call SAME DAY. I picked up paperwork prepped for me to sign when on a very tight Saturday schedule.

I withdrew $50 from their atm wanting smaller bills. It gave me a $50. No problem, I went in to have the cashier break it for me and I’m asked if I’m a customer, well yes because I am using their atm. Apparently using their atm and paying their $3.50 processing fee for doing so does not make you a customer and they would not break the $50. Their atm also does not smaller bills than a $20. I had to withdraw another $20 because I wanted a smaller bill and had to pay another $3.50 processing fee for it. (Although my bank covers this thankfully) The cashier was nice and just doing her job. This policy seems silly.

Usually most of the time my banking needs are acomplished without a hitch. Latey though Toronto Dominion Bank North is being unrealistic. An employee representing the establishment made a slight error that cost me $10.00 +. As soon as I realized an error occurred, went to the branch and got the error corrected, not caused by me, so I requested my account be adjusted and the missing Monertary Units deposited in my account. Last month since error was on my account for half of the time from the month before now 25 % of the month , missing an additional $5.00 for a total now of 15.00 dollars pluss. Corporate refuses to listen to the rep at the branch even that the rep is high enough on the pecking order at the breach, this is not correct or nice at all. That was even before it became a componded error caused by a TD REP when data punching information into TD's system. I now need to move up the pecking order chain of command to now the Branch Manager, and oh my now she is on vacation. We'll see what transpires before I go totally public with this total injustice. The way I look at it in 20 years I will loose $3.50 approximately of compounding interest. This equates to one good Prime Rib Dinner of $18.50 that will be missing from my account in 20 years time if the errors are not corrected now. I don't know about any body else but I do like to eat a meal that is realy good sometimes, not all the times, must eat health to keep a clear mind. Un like people who work at corporate that can afford to enjoy all the time prepared by thier personnel sheff. I cook myself the way I want to cook food to put in my mouth, and I must say I do like to eat. Also if this practice is imposed apon a very tiny percentage of TD's clientele, say about one million customer accounts, that tiney error that most affluent people probably would have missed the error makes the error become even grater. For most people who do not do Arrithmatick commonly called mathematics. $18.50 multiplied by 1 million errors equates to $18,500,000.00! This really is enough money to enjoy Prime Rib with Lobster on top of that for a really, really, really long time! I know that I can not ever eat that much food in my lifetime, if I did there would not be a piece of heavy equipment to prepare a spot in the ground for me because I'll be so grossly obese! So I say lets donate the money to Charity and feed the unfortunate people in the world, if Toronto Dominion won't make the accounts whole by correcting the errors. And even correcting the missing amounts of errors, if not adjusted retroactive, they'd still gip millions of dollars from their customers. Mr. P. Says, Keep a vigil on your accounts and have them corrected ASAP. don't be afraid to fight for what is right or ritechess, thier basically stealing our monertary units from us under our nose.😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓😁😁😁😁😁😎😎😎😎😎🤔🤔🤔
