Also the security guard out front is snippy and I almost went to another location due to his attitude of how dare I enter the parking lot to use the bank. Ran over to my car like I’d committed a crime, then informed me I could park anywhere if I was using the bank. I figured that was common knowledge

The ATM ate my paychecks and my debit card before glitching out. I was trying to deposit my checks in order to pay my mortgage. Feeling distressed, I walked into the branch to ask for help. Marta spoke to me in a very condescending manner. She joked and laughed, saying it was "my fault the machine was broken". Marta said there was nothing she could do since TD Bank "does not service its own ATMs". She said I could file a dispute if I called their 1-800 number. My entire experience with Marta was humiliating and disheartening to say the least.
