The online banking option is very nice, and the application is easy to use. When I have to go to the bank, the service is fast and all the employees are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The ATM's are very convenient and there are many other ATM locations who have a relationship with Lighthouse so you don't need to go to an actual Lighthouse location. Previously, I had Citizen's and I can honestly say that switching to Lighthouse is the best decision that I have ever madr.

I applied early Friday morning with no response now I’ll be stuck all weekend waiting till Monday. It’s always the same person to! Don’t come to this CU and move out while you can. People will have emergencies and still won’t hear back. I don’t know how they have 4 stars. I’m convinced it’s forced.
