Our last 2 in-person encounters with customer service have been exceptional. Both times we were lucky enough to be helped by Christie. What we thought would be complicated and time consuming transactions, were handled quickly and competently. Christie was so pleasant and easy to work with.

Two customer services been talking with each other for a good 20 minutes, so I went over and told them that I needed to do a wire transfer and they told me to wait again. So I wanted and ended up just leaving. Just don't get it! Really bad service.
