- AMamy mNov 27, 20235.0I have been with this Edward Jones office and Jim Long for many years. I started when I lived in New Hampshire and worked in a small municipal fire department where he came as a speaker. I spoke to him after about my personal finances, and he was very willing to take on my portfolio, even though at the time, it was not very substantial. But with him, he consolidated all my separate accounts and managed to make money for me! Some years later, I ended up moving to Florida to care for my elderly mother and continued to keep my portfolio with him. Recently, my mother died, and he has helped me every step of the way, before and after, to make sure that the financial transfer was smooth from her account to mine. Now we have more to work with, and I trust him completely with my inheritance. Patty and Jim are both so pleasant and always get back to you. I really couldn't have managed without them. This is an excellent office and a business that you can always count on!
