- HHHowie6 days ago3.0It depends which rep you get. Most aren't that friendly unless they know you or you look like an older Yankee. If you're waiting in line, they don't need to start a long gab fest with a customer whose business is already done. Maybe 3.5 stars.

This place is like a miserable doorway to another dimension. I would be embarrassed to work here as an hourly or salaried employee. The staff is miserable the customers are miserable. I would shut this one down too. Then take some courses on customer service, satisfaction. I don't think any business could be much worse. Such a horrid experience i thought as an old man I would die on the floor before I was I was even attended too.
