I ask what time customer service woman was in tomorrow. Woman standing next to her says im the customer service woman I’ll be in at 9. So i come 45 minutes before close, the woman who will help me is there, and told me to make an appointment? Set an appointment with Chase tomorrow. Horrendous first impression, have zero confidence in their banking.
