I lost 56 points on my credit report because my deceased father had an overdraft protection account that went to collection. After speaking to all four of these different people, there was not one person that could help resolve it except for the collection agency who simply wanted money which I gave them, but this was not my bill. This was my deceased father’s bill that I wasn’t aware of, so I have not been able to get my points back. I’m very disappointed in this bank and will not ever open an account at this bank ever
