The laundry machines at my apartment complex take quarters for washing and drying. There is no change machine on site. I stopped at this bank to exchange a $20 bill for $20 in quarters and the “Worlds Most Convenient Bank” told me they couldn’t do that for me unless I have an account?? ISNT THIS A BANK??? I would understand if I walked in with $1000 in ones and asked for $100 bills, certain things look suspect, but nobody was laundering money, I was just trying to launder my underpants. This bank and Bank of America are the reason that I have a Chime account, your policies and customer service are TRASH 🗑️. Why would I want to maintain an account with you if you can’t perform the simplest transaction on earth without one? This is how you lose potential future business. CLOWNS 🤡

Customer service is poor at best either they don’t want to help or they don’t have the knowledge or capability of helping. Fees are charged for electronic services... I could go on but instead will just close and move my business account.
