Whenever I’ve needed assistance the employee’s/managers go out of their way to help. I’ve never had a bad interaction and would highly recommend Mascoma Bank to anyone who asked.

There constantly having to send new cards out. And most of the time the cards dont show up or "get lost". There Atms are always out of service all the time or issues. I dont trust them, they do nothing the I help with problems. I started banking with another bank that is far far better in all aspects. And I banked with them for years. They gone down hill quality of service wise. Find another bank trust me, you wont regret it
