  My elderly retired mother ended up having some problems with something she ordered online, and the bank realized that she was the one getting scammed online, but then they proceeded to cut her off from her bank account and close it on her without her permission because somebody was trying to scam my mom I don’t know what banks are for, but I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to protect you from that not Cut you off like a dying foot and then last year the same thing happened to me I got an offer from progressive to decal my car to promote the business. Apparently it was a scam but TD Bank told me to try to cash the check with a photo from my phone with the online thing because I was 1000 miles from any teeth bank time And by listening to TD Bank. They ended up cutting me off because it was also just a scam, but I didn’t know I’m not a professional banker or detective. How am I supposed to know especially when the bank tells me to deposit a check with the TD Bank app and then proceeds to accuse me of trying to scam them when I have all the paperwork and the texts from this person who stamp me I sent it to them proceeded to say no this is your fault you’re the one doing this I shut down my account as well. I’ve been with them for over two years and they close my account because of something they suggested prepare for the loss of your freaking life. I hope you get close.

  In person, I always found them helpful and available. There are many ways to contact TDBank, if you have a problem. Anyone can help with any issue in any branch because they have access to accounts, or they will ask a supervisor. I also like the many locations TDB has and extended hrs, especially in Keene.

  Lobby is never open. They don't answer their phone line. TD Banks everywhere are terrible but this one really makes things hard.

  Supervisor Debbie(?) needs to be get out of there for customers, so many people changed the bank because of her!

  Of all the banking institutions in the region this one rates dead last. In regards to convenience, professionalism, rates, fees, products, access and so on.
