    Worst bank I've ever been to. The woman at the window was very friendly as you all put it in the comments. Then when they ask if your a member and say no, that friendly caring attitude goes right away. So, I went there to cash a simple certified business check, a certified TD bank business check. She said I need two forms of i.d.?? Check wasn't even over $1k. Handed over my id plus check, then she asks if I have an account, I say no. She says there MAYBE?? a $10 fee since your not a member in a rude way. Maybe? Real professional with that answer. Then she comes back and says I can't cash this check. I asked why? Her reply. I'm waiting for an answer and have not got one yet? I said so what does that mean? She just repeated the same thing. No sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Too bad too, I was going to open an account instead of spending $10 bucks to cash a check. But not after that attitude for no reason. I am so relieved I did not open an account there. Strange to because I had to stop there once to put cash into someone else's account. And they took that at ease with no id nothing. Thanks TD bank, good luck

    Staff is wonderful. No matter the day or the time the employees at TD here in Hudson are absolutely top notch. Always pleasant great you with s smile and so very helpful
