My wife & I have held multiple accounts here for a couple decades and our son just cashed his first two paychecks at the Hooksett NH branch. Mind you he isn’t an account holder but the payroll checks are from TD Bank. They charged him $10 each check. The fact that they’re willing to extort over 5% of a 16 yo kids paychecks is just wrong. He worked hard for that money and never even had it in his hands. TD Bank should be ashamed!!!

- JDJackie DoucetteDec 15, 20231.0They just made me feel like I was doing something illegal and asked me all kinds of questions, had another lady come over and made me sign “to make sure the signature matches” on top of not doing what I asked them to do. I go to a different branch all the time and I am never made to feel the way I just was made to feel at the hooksett branch. I will never go to this branch ever again even though it’s closer to my house. I’ll go to the one by my work instead. Customer service is truly a thing in the past when it comes to td bank. They have my money and they give me a hard time. I felt like taking it all out and closing my account.
