- SSShndlrNov 20, 20235.0Great branch of a terrific bank. I got a call one night recently from TD Bank asking if I was purchasing something on Ebay for $500 with my debit card. I quickly told him no and went to the Hooksett branch in the morning to get a new card. Ben Bonneville quickly and expertly processed a new card for me and made sure it was working perfectly. This is one of the many benefits of TD Bank - instant replacement of your debit card if needed. Ben was a pleasure to deal with and I left very impressed. A week or so later, I received a call from Gail McCrossin, the Assistant Store Manager of the Hooksett location. I had met with her a month before to get a refund on a bank check that a realtor had lost. You have to wait 90 days which would have put the refund sometime in December. When I originally met with Gail, knowing she had been with the bank for decades, I knew I was in very good hands and quite relieved. She called me on a Saturday to tell me the refund was in early, because the date on the check was a month before I filed for the refund. She made time available that day so I could come right in and get the money into my savings account. Made my month! When TD Bank claims they are "America's Most Convenient Bank", I have to agree with them. I have been dealing with the Hooksett branch for over 10 years, and have had great experiences with all their people.

Wes was extremely professional and kind throughout my experience. He went above and beyond helping me and giving me guidance to my questions. Highly recommend this branch if you live in the area and to utilize Wes for any bank related needs!
