I JUST ASKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER , this was useless and a waste of my time , I will be closing my account for the lack of competence

Edit: Considering that was the number I called initially I have no intention of doing it again. Thank you for the auto reply but it only shows how disconnected your organization is to reality. Maybe train your agents to listen better.
- KTKelly TOct 29, 20251.0We opened a child savings account at Lighthouse Credit Union in Hooksett to help teach our son about saving money and earning interest. We recently received a letter saying the account would be closed due to inactivity and that we had until the end of the month to make a deposit. Unfortunately, they closed it early and were very rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve it. We had wanted to support a local credit union, but this experience was disappointing. We do all of our other banking with Bank of America and have had a much better experience there.

Shantel was great at staying on top of things and communicating items needed. The rates were good and made even better with the member discounts. Friendly fast service on the day of closing. I did this a few years back and it was a clunky process..... Thank you for the improvements!
