On top of this, I had a mutual fund with a company that has changed names so many times since I first started that I can't remember any of them and only spoke to the newest guy managing it twice, ever. I am hopeless when it comes to all things financial, but Joe helped me move all my investments over. He basically held my hand through all of it, which was a great comfort to someone as inept as I am. He's also kept in touch as he notices new ways I might benefit from other types of accounts and is always sure to explain them in terms I easily understand. If you struggle at all when it comes to managing your own investments, I highly recommend someone as professional and as knowledgeable as Joe!
