Second time, made an appointment, sat for 35 minutes (through the time of the appointment) and wasn’t even acknowledged.

- MFMaura FlorianApr 3, 20251.0Worst branch ever. Went there to get a new card 3 days in a row. The first day, they had a 20m wait time, I waited 30m and left. Second day they had a 10m wait time, I waited 30m and left, the 3rd day I went around 3:30pm they had a 10m wait I waited until 4 until I had to leave, came back the same day at 5pm and was told i needed a ln appointment. Mind you that every time I walked in there the employees were just chatting and laughing. I will report this to the upper managers. I'm writing this review and still don't have a debit card because I never thought it was going to take me this long to get a new card printed.
