  I love being able to speak with a human person when I call their phones, not spending 20 minutes with a robot first. Their representatives are very knowledgeable both in person and on the phone. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes in line in person. I’ve received fantastic customer service and would recommend Lighthouse CU to anyone.

  Came in asking for member services and was promptly told "well that would be us" while witnessing one teller speaking to another member who was attempting to send a check as if the woman was a child. I had called previously to see which documents I needed to open another business account (have one in an LLC already) and reached a line who told i neeeded my tax ID and personal ID. I remember previously needing more information but was so rudely spoken too when I got up, as if I inconveniencing the teller. She spoke with an assumption that I did not have what i needed, as if i should have known every document. I have been considering switching banks already due to changes in this branch in particular. Lee is so pleasant in comparison. I will be closing all of my accounts and promptly moving to a better bank. I rarely review badly, but this team was clearly unhappy in their roles today and projecting it on their members was really distasteful. For someone that has 4 account's and was about to open 2 more, how they spoke, not what they were saying was a really poor experience. Online banks now have much better programs and at least you don't have to be spoken too in that manner.

  I had a horrendous experience recently with my Bank of America Visa (after being a customer for 21 years!) and needed some information to fight a decision they had made. I happened to get Zoe Gilman as my associate, and she was not only personable and understanding, but bent over backwards to help me. She served my needs that day and kept in touch over email. Since you can't fight massive BoA, I ended up opening a Visa with Lighthouse and was pleased with how seamless it was. But Zoe's knowledge and very human interaction is what made my experience excellent.

  This branch is the epitome of professionalism and excellence! I had several opportunities to work with Zoey Gilman and she was absolutely phenomenal. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Her customer service was impeccable. This branch really lives up to the hospitality that Lighthouse is known for and they always make me feel at home. I highly recommend this location!

  Regardless of what facade they put on their technology they are just always 10-15 years behind everyone else. It's just a a major inconvenience to deal with them and their service level is subpar. If you go into a branch they are nice people, but who wants to go to a branch for anything really?
