Every time I am there I am greeted quickly and assisted. the staff there is friendly and helpful, and the lobby is always impeccably clean. keep up the good work !

Having to wait in line in the drive through for times exceeding over a half an hour just to do simple banking is rediculous. Other banks have been opened for a while now and had made things ALOT easier for costumers. I understand this was due to covid but they should of been opened inside ALOT sooner

The first few times I got the same women so I just expected she had a bad attitude but then when I went this past Tuesday, the women working was just as bad as the other women! Even though this TD is much closer to my house, I will be making a trip to the Manchester South Willow branch (where I ALWAYS get the BEST customer service). I hope the managers at the Derry TD realize how awful some of their employees are!
