  Absolutely horrible customer service. Always a long hold time on the phone, local office understaffed, ignoring the drive up while I sit and watch several customers park walk in and leave before I'm even acknowledged.

  5 stars doesn’t do it justice. I was lucky enough to meet and work with Riley Cornish today. I was referred to NECU by my partner who previously worked with Riley and told me how fantastic he was to work with. Fantastic is a understatement. I felt heard and respected by Riley right away. He answered every question and concern I had with tact and kindness. I opened my account with NECU and will recommend working with Riley Cornish to everyone I know. Thank you for all you do!

  Madie in Conway was very helpful and was so nice to talk to. I have been dreading making the switch from a big national bank (that we have grown to hate) for a long time, but I finally bit the bullet, and I am so glad we did. The process was straightforward and simple, and Madie walked me through every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to make the switch process as painless as possible.
