- BBB-BurbanSep 23, 20251.0The employees here are wonderful. However, TD Bank as a whole has been an absolute nightmare. Constant issues with the ATM eating debit cards and then I'm unable to get a new card for weeks on end, then I have constant fraud and security issues with my accounts that I've never experienced with any other bank before. TD has truly been the most inconvenient Bank I've ever experienced and they will come up with any excuse to not refund you money that was stolen from your account after security breaches.

Called to ensure I could use a notary as a non member, they said no issue they had multiple onsite, drove 25 minutes to get there and the rude woman at the desk said they wouldn’t take me even though it’s a 30 second process and they had multiple notaries there. I also offered to pay for the service. Waste of time and rude people, why would I want to be a member with people that have such terrible customer service.
