- JCJackie CollierOct 30, 20251.0I have a car loan through them and they have been taking TWO payments out at the same time every single month for the past three months! I cannot afford to make double payments and every month I have to call them to fix it! How inconvenient!!!!!!!!! When this loan is paid off I will NOT be banking with them again.

In particular, one employee, Hope gives you no hope when it comes to customer service. Go to Granite State Credit Union!! They'll treat you like family.

At this point I'm too pissed off to re-write everything I just wrote, so I'll keep this brief. I gave 3 stars originally, I just got back on here and removed an additional star. I opened a business checking in January, I had tons of problems and delays because the person at the branch did multiple things wrong. I was hoping to come in here and push the stars to 4 because the gentleman I spoke with earlier very quickly resolved my problems. I added personal checking and couldn't use the online banking features because of the error on my business checking. I'm in here writing a negative follow up because I went to link the accounts for ease of use, and even though I entered all the information they asked for, I was getting error messages. This is due to the account number field actually being the member number field. I had no way of knowing this, so I called CS and sat on the phone for another 15-20 minutes to get an answer to a question I feel I shouldn't need to ask. Create clear fields so we know what you want. Overall I've probably wasted 15 hours of my time with all the back and forth. I can say before this, once set up anyways, it operated roughly as you'd expect from a bank. I can say the set up and debugging is some of the more frustrating experiences I've ever had, I would rather go to the DMV if that says it....there's less nonsense if you can believe it. I'm genuinely hoping this is the end and I never have to come in here again with kind of response. I'm honestly on my last leg with this company. As painful as it would be I will probably move all my business elsewhere if I encounter anymore situations like this. Do better.
