You've now lost another customer and can't wait to see you Monday to close my bank accounts. If they are not responsible enough to drive in the rain then they're not responsible enough for my banking.

Must be nice to not have to work till your supposed to and leave whenever you wish. Was going to switch banks to mascoma, but not going to do banking with a company that can't even stay at work till the advertise time on the door.
