- EBElizabeth BolducJun 12, 20255.0I went there with my son who was getting a loan. My first good impression was the atmosphere. Walking in I noticed there was a beautiful seating area around the corner with a cozy fireplace. It was peaceful even though busy. Annie C. was awesome! She was not only courteous, caring and respectful, she was friendly and very helpful. When their business was concluded she happily answered some questions I had. As a result, my husband and I have opened an account there and are now doing business with Lighthouse Credit Union in Berlin. It's a great credit union and we look forward to working with them.
