The front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive, and the manager handled my situation with zero empathy or professionalism. I explained that my wallet had been stolen and I was having trouble accessing my account, yet instead of offering help, she made a comment implying anyone could claim the account, which was completely unnecessary and unhelpful. I ended up going to another TD Bank location in New Hampshire where I was treated kindly and received a replacement card within minutes. The difference in attitude and respect was night and day. This branch needs serious retraining in customer service, professionalism, and basic human decency.
