After a less pleasant experience at another branch, we were considering changing banks, but this team completely changed our mind. Their human touch, expertise, and genuine care are rare today. Truly an outstanding branch — thank you!

Having only one teller there and them coving both the drive-thru and the customers in store isn't great planning and it's not good for customers. It typically causes long waits. I was the only customer in the store, and I had to wait 20 minutes just to be helped. That's crazy, disappointing, and how it is at all branches (especially since Covid-19).
