  I recently had my WORST bank experience EVER at this bank. I am a college student who recently used this TD Bank location's ATM machine. On Saturday January 3rd I cash deposited $320 into the ATM. Mid transaction, the ATM broke down, ate my cash, returned my debit card, and left me with no receipt. After waiting 20 minutes at the ATM and seeing only loading signals on the screen, I noticed that my cash deposit was pending in my TD Bank app so I left the location. After going home and checking for updates in the TD Bank app, I saw that the pending transaction disappeared. I called TD Banks 24/hr line and after waiting for over an hour I was connected to somebody. After 5 minutes on the phone he hung up on me and NEVER called back. I called the 24/hr line again and after waiting another hour I was connected with a kind women who DID help. I waited until Monday January 5th to call THIS Amherst location where the incident happened to reconnect and make sure my money would be returned. First nobody responded to my call and it took over 10 tries to have somebody finally answer. The first women who responded did not know how to help. After talking to the supervisor she let me know that I may have to wait 45 Days for my money to be returned. AGAIN I am a college student who needs this money. I have been saving up for a trip that I am going on in ONE WEEK. They will NOT give me any incentives to be a place holder during the time that I wait. I will now have to go on my trip and take money out of my savings due to this mistake. The customer service here is HORRIBLE and nobody was helpful or made me feel reassured that my hard earned money would be returned to me. They told me that they could not check their cameras, even though they could see the history on my account of the pending transaction. I feel that my money was STOLEN from me. After this I will NEVER go back to this ATM machine and I will hopefully SWITCH BANKS as soon as this is resolved.

  This is a great TD branch - couldn't get the help I needed at my home branch nearby so I stopped in and Chelsea in customer service was really great in helping me solve my problem. I bank here occasionally and have never had a bad experience..tellers are all super nice. Recommended.

  My best banking experiences ever. Dawn Condra and the entire, amazing staff cannot be touched by any other branch or bank. Dawn and Will inspire their staff to set new heights in customer services and satisfaction. Thankyou, Amherst tdb for always making my experience there, unparalleled.

  I love this bank and this perticular location is the best one around. The staff is great and they always help me and my family who is with them out very well too.!
