We use thisbank to cash checks and nothing more. We will not even allow more than $10 in the account here at anytime and send our money on to our "real" bank where the people know what they are doing. Last month I waited 35 minutes in line with 1 person at the counter and the "manager?" Hiding in the back. Apparently the teller advised me the rest of the tellers had quit. Do anything you can to avoid putting your trust and hard earned money in the hands of this incompetent bank. Sidney Nebraska branch

When you do talk to them, they rush you off the phone because they can't answer your questions. Already looking for another bank. I travel for work. Tough to do without a card, but they don't care. If you're smart you'll take your money elsewhere.
