I needed assistance with an account and set up the appointment with a personal banker who was so helpful and treated me with great kindness.

I get paid once a month and would cash my hand written payroll check at the Millard location. The were always very kind professional and attentive. I moved to Papillion and my first encounter has horrible. There where 2 or 3 people ahead and when my time came they needed the managers approval due to the large amount and to call the account holder. I tried to be helpful and explain the situation but she did not want to hear it. She called the home branch and the account holder and then approved cashing my check. I asked for notes to be made to avoid this hassle as I will be there once a month to cash a large amount payroll check and I work 6 days a week and usually make it in just before closing. My second visit was pleasant as the teller remembered me and was kind and friendly. Today's visit I was rushed to the counter after waiting. I walked up the teller/manager went around to his post, because I had my phone to my ear Ryann Nelson the branch manager told me to step aside so he could help the next person. I said no and he said he could refuse me service and I didn't even get to say anything. I tried to explain to him there should be notes and he accused me of the last 3 times I have been here I have had a problem and that he has to follow protocol and make some calls. I told him I have a payroll check and I need to cash it. I asked for a manager and he said he was and then I asked for his manager. I have a business account with first National as well as a personal account with First Nebraska educators credit union. I have never been treated so badly. I am a women and my come in tired and dirty after driving a conrete mixer truck from 2:30 am til 9am but I still have limited time to cash my check from a large business industry of truckers doing business with wells fargo to be treated horribly. Ryann needs to be moved out of the front counter and any other managers who can not show by example courteous professional service. He also called the guy I worked for and lied saying that I was rude and making me the problem for saying no. I waited my turn in line. There is no sign stating cell phones are not allowed. He is covering his job because I asked for a manager. Seeing complaints here in Google is proof this branch has poor service. I have to pay a monthly fee to cash my check. They offered me to open an account but with this kind of service I would be a fool to work with this bank. Please place notes in your system upon talking to the account owner, verify I cash my check monthly and have for months at the Millard location. And proceed professionally cashing my check.

I went in to do a withdrawal, the teller did not have enough cash so she called the manager. The manager asked what I needed the money for, I told him “it wasn’t any of his business.”He took it personal and told me that they weren’t gonna help me today (even though it’s my money) and said I could just leave. If you are gonna be working in customer service and so easily offended and be that thin of skin, you probably shouldn’t be in customer service. We are not required to disclose what we are withdrawing money for, if you suspect fraud and they can report it through a CTR to FinCEN. They can ask all they want, but I’m not required to disclose. I think I am now done with WF. The only rude location in the Omaha location all others have been nothing but courteous.

Terrible customer service. If you value calling your bank for help this is not the bank for you, they will NEVER answer the phone when you need assistance. Have to go into the bank itself to ever speak with someone.
