The woman I just spoke with on the phone at this branch was very rude, dismissive of my concern and just snotty. You’re in customer service , ma’am. Nobody cares “how you’ve known something to be done before.” Listen to the customers concern and find a solution. There’s some free coaching for ya!
- KLKim LAug 30, 20171.0The employees at this location really had no idea how to deal with an insurance claim check that had to be co-signed by WF. We already had a case # from WF's mortgage group, which should have expedited the process. The branch also did not tell us we needed to bring all of the paperwork when we called to make sure an authorized signer would be available, and were unable to find our case. 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us, and another 20 while they tried to figure it out, before we ran out of patience and left with an un-endorsed check. #notwowed
