- TNTyler NackDec 27, 20255.0I have banked with WF for 20 years and made a tough decision to close my account due to their national policies around minimum balance, transactions and increasing their fees. While interacting with the teller, supervisor, and banker through this whole process, they were very respectful of my decision, appreciative of my years with the bank and acknowledged they understood my decision. They made it easy to follow through with my decision. I also want to note that as the line got backed up, the supervisor and banker were helping those waiting to speed along their service and experience. While I don't appreciate the decisions WF as a bank has done with my account and the decline in experience, this specific branch was a great group of people that took care of me.

Three times couldn’t even get the option to talk to a person and the other time when I did it rang and no one picked up and answering machine said no one was available and directed me to go online.
