One was on the phone and the other was with another couple joking around. A total of 6 customers were in line and not a single employee cared. Horrible customer service. Hire more people. You charge for checks and other services. Also hold everyone's money so hire people so we can get to our money.

I walked in yesterday to make an account an hour and a half before they closed and was told all their bankers had left already and that I should come back another time. I didn’t want to make the mistake of driving there again just to be told to come back the next day, so I tried calling. I’ve now called 4 times today and no one has picked up the phone. It’s like no one works here.
