  Every time I go to this location employees are standing around at their cubicles. When I ask them for account help, I'm told to call the 800 number. I don't ever make it to the computer. When I go to 168th and Maple st office they go above and beyond. I live 2 miles from the Q street office, but I'm done being treat like trash (multiple times). I'm told call the number, but maple st gets my request done right on the spot. Terrible customer service!!! If I did have so many accounts with Wells Fargo I would leave for a better bank.

  If you live near a different WF bank, go there. You will thank me later. Years of issues at this one. 144th and center is way better. I wouldn't get on here and write a review about a bank if I was not serious..

  I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for many years. I have personal and business accounts at this branch. Which they call me every few months or so asking how they can help me.I went in to set up another checking account. There was one other customer inside the branch. I watched 3 employees stand and watch 1 employee help the other customer. Then I was asked what can I help you with. Which in turn they told me they were all booked up as I saw 2 personal bankers sitting at their desks with no one at them. I saw the branch manager sitting in her office and asked if she could set it which she said no. She then told me I could set it up on line! AS I AM STANDING right there! I asked Her since I am here can she just set it up? She said no! Booked up with two total customers in the branch. I then said it shouldn’t take that long and she said it was 45 minute process. So I left. I guess they don’t have 45 minutes for a long time customer (in person). Very unprofessional and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. So I will set up my account on line with no help from this branch. I saw the google rating for this branch is 2.6. out 5. So I guess my experience is not uncommon or more the norm. The interesting thing is there is a big sign in the lobby that says we want your feedback. Well here is my feedback. 1 out of 5.

  The employee are really nice.they are willing to help you with everything. but wells fargo suck.they dont help you with your financial goal.i wont be banking with wells fargo soon.its better to bank with community and credit union bank they are willing to help you with your financial goal.
