I am out of the country studying for my masters, and my debit card number was stolen and fraudulent charges were applied. I emailed him explaining the situation and he he helped me, via email, every step of the way. This has never happened to me before, I've never been out of the country, and not being able to call America and actually talk to someone was hard for me, but Marcus went out of his way to help me. He even contacted the authorities for me. For being so scared and not knowing what on earth I was going to do, I feel completely taken care of and extremely appreciative of all the help and care that was given to me.
