Reid Kathol, Kim Norton, and the rest of the team have always been 100% helpful and professional, including dealing with some tough and complicated situations. I particularly appreciate their compassionate service as I worked through settling my recently-deceased mother's affairs. They were a real comfort during a difficult time. I used to do all my business at a big, green bank, but now I've moved everything to Security National. Very glad that I did!
- CMCourtney MeierFeb 16, 20191.0They try to justify taking money from your account, by saying they acted in “good faith” and “according to terms”, even though there was no real reason for them to take it. Also, when I called to complain about what happened the teller that answered shared sensitive information about the other account holder’s personal accounts, so they don’t really hold up to privacy standards. Edit: Their response to me used the same terms that I “ “ in my review. So they still didn’t justify what they did or show me any reason why what they did was necessary.
