Reid Kathol, Kim Norton, and the rest of the team have always been 100% helpful and professional, including dealing with some tough and complicated situations. I particularly appreciate their compassionate service as I worked through settling my recently-deceased mother's affairs. They were a real comfort during a difficult time. I used to do all my business at a big, green bank, but now I've moved everything to Security National. Very glad that I did!

I was bothered by them taking her money also because they did not even give me enough time after coming out of surgery to deal with my account that had gone under. I feel disrespected by the way the situation was handled as well, because the tellers we spoke to were very unproffessional and didn't even offer any advice or a chance to explain what happened.
