Worst customer service ever!!!! It took a so called new employee over 7 minutes to make a quick deposit when drive thru was pretty much empty when I obviously asked if there was a problem with my transaction this guy answered that he was new and that I asked him the same question the day before and to give him time !?!? First off I only make deposits once a month so is it cause we were in south Omaha a predominantly Latino community and this guys thinks all brown people look alike 🤔 !!! And also if others are asking you this question should you be aware that you need further training because a simple 700$ deposit in mostly large bill very easy to count that usually takes most tellers 2-3 minutes takes you almost 10 !

I have been banking with Great Western for 7 years and it was great! Ever since the transition from Great Western to Interstate, I have had more problems than I ever had. Saturdays are not offered which makes it inconvenient, I was charged a fee for something that wasn’t explained prior, and the electronic bill takes two weeks to be processed and then a check is written instead of being an electronic payment which caused my bills to be paid late and now I have late fees. Recently money was taken from my account for three bills I paid three weeks ago which put me negative in my account. I was also a victim of a scam which put me negative 3k in my checking account and when I asked the bank manager if they could reimburse me per the FDIC, I was told that they cold not help me. Even though I was on the news having Mike Mcknight finding out that there were several other people scammed the same way as I was the bank manager still would not help me. The bank manager ended up closing my account and sending my account to the collection agency even though I kept in contact with the bank and made payments. It has been nothing but a bad experience with a smile. I will be finding a different bank
