I called talking to the manager letting him know i would be doing this and asked the cd not be reinvested and he said ok. Fast forward 2 weeks when my paperwork goes through a day after my removal date. The bank calls me to tell me i will be charged a percentage of my ira to take it oit because it wasnt requested in time. I daid i had called the manager and had ot put on hold. The guy tells me to hang on while he checks with his manager. Comes back to let me know his manager doesn't remember that so they have to charge me the fee. What a joke this place is. The fees were twice what i made while my money was at their bank for 5 years.
