They supplied preprinted deposit slips in a book that deposited our business income into another person's bank account and then fought with us over the error and refused to reimburse the fees they charged for being over drawn when it was their preprinted deposit slips mailed to us by them that caused the whole problem. They had our business name and address but someone else's account number on them yet it was our fault.
