    Zero stars. Manager very unprofessional working with Banks over the years. Cassandra is terrible manager reason being, she does not listen to customer complaints and makes false accusations. Go to another financial institution save yourself a head ache.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a bank. I came to this Wells Fargo branch with my daughter at 4:30 PM without an appointment to remove my name from a joint account — something that, for some reason, cannot be done online. A teller told us this could only be handled by a banker. Both the branch manager and the banker were completely free — not helping anyone, just chatting — yet both refused to assist us. The manager could have done the process herself, but didn’t want to. The banker pretended to be busy but was doing nothing. Instead of providing a service that would take 5–10 minutes (verify ID, print the form, get signatures), they spent 20 minutes trying to push us to leave and “make an appointment.” It didn’t matter that I was from out of state, or that they had no other customers to serve. The message was clear: they didn’t want to help. This is the definition of zero customer focus. If you value your time or basic respect as a customer, avoid this branch of Wells Fargo. I am a customer of Wells Fargo sine 1997. My rating: 1.

    Wells Fargo is in no way loyal to customers. They sold my mortgage off to another company and told me to figure out paying the other company. They also because they sold my mortgage it no longer made my checking account the preferred so they charged me $10 a month until my account was dry. Would not recommend this place to anyone for banking needs find somewhere else.
