- BPBiased PerspectiveDec 19, 20233.0After being denied the ability to open an account for my youngest at the Old Cheney branch, I went to this location. I walked in an immediately noticed the banker on her phone in her office "dinking." I asked to open an account and the young guy called the lady in the back and she said there was not enough time to open an account (it was 4:24pm and they close at 5pm). I told the guy that I would like to close my accounts and he asked if I wanted a cashier check. I told him I wanted cash and that he should check again to make sure they want a customer since the early 1990s to close an account because they banker in the back who was on her personal device didn't have time to open up an account. Just then another banker came in and said she would do it. She was incredibly kind and we were out of there by 5:05pm. 1 star for everything prior to her coming into the picture and 5 stars after she interjected herself into the picture.
