The only reason I give four stars is because their ATM machine refused to accept any bills larger than $50 today when trying to make a deposit. Nonetheless, the help I received from the young, black, lady teller (didn't catch her name) was very nice and she was extremely friendly. She helped me with my deposit in a timely manner, and was nice enough to do a withdrawal for me also. Highly recommend this branch ☺︎

- NSNor SharidaJul 16, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. I came in for a simple notary form and was told the wait would be around 20 minutes. I let them know clearly that I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait long. Not only did they make me wait WAY longer than 20 minutes, but no one even bothered to update me or acknowledge that several people were ahead of me. I ended up sitting there for what felt like forever, completely ignored. The lack of communication was shocking. If you know there’s a long wait, why not just tell your customer upfront? I could’ve made other arrangements. But instead, I wasted my valuable time sitting in their lobby. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people have jobs, kids, and lives to get back to. I’m honestly disgusted by how careless and inconsiderate they were. This isn’t just “bad service”—this is disrespect to your customers’ time. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t recommend Wells Fargo to anyone. Do better.
- RURyan UrbanecOct 8, 20241.0Needs more staffing, took 30 min inside and drive thru and still wasn't helped had to leave with still 2 people ahead of me. 1 person running inside and 1 person running lobby and 3 other people just walking around not doing anything. Wellsfargo no longer a bank. Just a retail store trying to push credit cards. Will be looking for a new bank that actually does banking.
