Always get “We’re sorry bankers at this location can not answer the phone. Please go online…..” Well if I had his actual account numbers I could. I have all the info , SS #, death certificate, ect. But can never get anyone on the phone to help. Let’s me know I don’t think I’ll be opening any account personal or business with someone that I can not ever talk to an actual person.
