    My husband and I have been customers since moving back to Lincoln in 2014. Prior to that we were customers in Texas. We were very happy with managers, associates, information specialists and all other employees until the past few months. Walking into the branch you are not greeted and there is a huge negative atmosphere. When someone does finally acknowledge you, they make you feel like they are too busy to help, no simple questions can be asked and you must make an appointment for any customer service. I understand the appointment rule. I happened to have an urgent situation with my Debit Card being hacked. All I wanted was a simple question answered. I was directed to go to the branch after reporting the problem. I will be happily switching my bank location to another WF closer to my home. I don't need to experience this type of negative business atmosphere. The manager needs to retrain the employees in basic business relations. I have already talked to my new location and received a very heloful, polite, and supportive response.

    People were nice enough but I don't understand the logic of charging $10 as a fee to cash a $60 check. That's bananas!

    I usually went to this location to deposit my cash & check. Everything seems to be fine except the drive-through ATM lane so narrow for a full-size F150 pickup truck. Be careful with both of your rear views mirror's. Very bad design for the pillars/poles on both sides of this lane.

    My experience at this Wells Fargo location was terrible. I was there the other week to pay off a loan. The manager was unprofessional and rude to me. I don't remember every detail she said to me while she was holding my check hostage. After less than a minute of interacting with her I knew I wasn't gonna get what I wanted done. Eventually I got the check back, went to the other location on O st by gateway and had no problems. So my question is why did she have to make something that simple into something unnecessarily complicated. It's been at least a week and a half since this interaction and I'm still bothered by it to where I feel I have to put in a bad review for other people to see.
