I came in to speak to a banker as soon as i sat down and started explaining my situation an employee interrupted me to speak to her about something unrelated. There was a mistake in a payment made by their dealership service and it resulted in my first overdraft after banking there for years. The banker there did not even try to work with us with the issue we were having. She just refused to refund it or even ask a manger. After banking there for so long its very disappointing knowing i can not trust them with my money for a mistake they made.
