Worst bank ever. No saturday hours. Their ATM's are always broke or down for service. Limited locations. Very inconvenient.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Craig, who was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional when I tried to access my bank account. Despite providing all the necessary information, Craig gave me a hard time and seemed more focused on creating obstacles than offering assistance. I felt disrespected, especially because I don’t speak perfect English and have my sons available to help me. Thankfully, when I called a different branch, a representative was able to resolve the issue in under two minutes with no problems. This experience shows that Craig either lacks proper training or simply doesn’t care about treating customers with respect. I strongly urge management to issue a write-up or take appropriate action—this is not how loyal customers should be treated!

If I could give zero stars I would. Suppose to have had paycheck directly deposited today and am told they are having ACH issues and have no idea when the problem will be fixed. So at no fault of my OWN BUT THE BANKS I get to tell all the bills I'm sorry I can pay today bc of the bank and get slapped with 40 late fees. And the automate payments that comes out I get over draft fees AGAIN AT NO FAULT OF MY OWN!!! Will be changing banks on Tuesday since interstate bank not open over weekends and Monday a holiday. Thanks for nothing

I was already very unhappy with this transition but I've learned in this month that this new bank loooooves overdraft fees. You're not supposed to be able to spend money you don't have unless it's a credit card but they let it happen to steal more money from you. Don't use this bank. I'm already shopping around for new ones.
