  I echo someone else in saying Shay did not make me feel embarrassed. After a few years of wondering whether Ed Jones was right for me, including family tradition and brother in law as an EJ planner in another state, I became confident Shay was for me when previous agent began retiring. I do not take for granted when people honor me autistically. No bias, which is unusual. Shay went out of her way to contact social security office and make an appointment for both of us to discuss SS retirement as well as SSDI. That appointment could not have gone better. Shay is consummately dedicated. Some Ed Jones’ reps, I sense in it for money, but Shay, I feel she is whole-heartedly invested with retirement finances serving as a means toward that end. Thank you Shay. You are a timeless, ageless, fully integrated person.

  I seriously cannot say enough good things about working with Shay. She is so knowledgeable and met me right where I was at—which, admittedly, is basically zero knowledge of how to reach my financial goals. She made the whole process so stress-free and I left feeling empowered and confident. She is THE person you want in your corner!

  I met with Shay after I hired employees to discuss perks that we could offer with our benefits packages. I did not expect to get into my personal finances with her. But, she was so open and easy to work with. We talked about the steps I needed to take to open an account. It was so refreshing to not feel embarrassed about my finances and where I am at with my journey. She made things easy to understand. I highly recommend her for both personal and business financial solutions.

  Shay is the kindest, most nonjudgmental financial advisor I’ve ever met. She makes me feel like everything is going to be ok, even when my finances are a train wreck. Ha. Seriously- amazing, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Highly recommended!!
