- PHpeggy hagemanOct 26, 20231.0I have been and was a customer of First Interstate Bank when they were still great western for over 15 years. I had a few problems with great western but they were always courteous. But not First Interstate any way they can hold onto your money or take it they do. So after the first of November and I get a chance to change my direct deposits I will no longer do business with them I highly recommend shopping around and putting this institution in its proper place. Yes I did lose it when I know I had money in there and got three different stories on why I couldn't have it all or why and they didn't handle that. Not very nice ladies hope to see learning some matters soon then maybe customers wouldn't be rude and it upsets me when I am so sorry for my part. You are one business that I will tell everyone to avoid for all reasons . YOU HAVE A NICE DAY
