- GRGracie RodriguezDec 7, 20241.0My husband overpaid his cc for best buy and they gave him a check in return. All he wanted to do was deposit it. They kept looking at the check and my husband over and over and said it was a fraudulent check. We offered to call best buy and they said they couldn't help us. I feel they were being judgmental. The elderly lady that is a manager looks at us ugly also, but we never did mind up until now. The tellers used to be nice and courteous, but now they just have a nasty attitude and take much longer then usual.

I'll have a new card in a couple days, right? Nope. After they cancelled the card they told me new cards won't be mailed out till mid june to early july. Called my local branch (which is now 1 location, used to be 2) to get a temporary card but none were available and was told my new card won't arrive until the end of july. What a pain. No card, limited access to a branch to get cash, I have to borrow my wifes card just to get gas. I'd love to dump FIB. Great way to welcome new customers FIB. Branch location: Holdrege, NE 68949
