- MNMarsha NelsonSep 28, 20201.0When trying to cash a check from First National Bank Omaha, from my son through their on line bill pay service, I was told that the check was not on the usual paper and they thought it was a fake. I was asked who the check was from, what it was for, none of which was anyone’s business but mine. After being a customer for 40 years at this bank, I resent being called a cheat. I asked twice to have them call FNBO to verify the check. Not sure if they did or not but after quite a wait I got my money. I had more than enough money in my accounts that they could have gotten their money back. Wondering if it isn’t time to change banks.
