However, when I try to get a hold of anyone at this location to verify someone hasn’t attempted to open an account in my name, the phone just rings. Have attempted multiple times.

After getting her out of the truck she insisted I let her go in alone. As she was half way up the walkway I saw someone inside approaching the glass doors. I assumed this sharply dressed young lady was a customer leaving. She opened and held the door for my sister...then followed her back inside. It was an employee who came to help her! Very pleased and impressed. I even approve of the slightly unfriendly look that came my direction for seeming to not want to help her myself! ;) Customer SERVICE is apparently not lost at this branch.
